REV EDMUND CHAN ("Pastor Ed") Founder and Leadership Mentor, Global Alliance of Intentional Disciple Making Churches.

Pastor Ed is an expository preacher and leadership mentor at heart. Endowed with a keen mind, his insightful teachings have made him a sought-after speaker internationally.

In 2003, he completed a 24-month Master of Arts (MA) degree at the Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, USA in less than 9 months, and graduated summa cum laude.

He has written several books on spirituality, discipleship and leadership; and has taught doctoral courses (D.Min) on discipleship and leadership in three countries.

He mentors top-echelon leaders around the world, including distinguished business owners, CEOs, bishops, senior pastors, theological educators, as well as founders and directors of para-church organisations and missions agencies.

Edmund is married to Ann, who ministers alongside him, and they have two lovely adopted daughters, Amanda and Belicia. In their family, “adopted means loved”.

PASTOR ANN CHAN Executive Director, Global Alliance of Intentional Disciple Making Churches Associate Pastor, Covenant Evangelical Free Church.

Pastor Ann Chan is the Executive Director of Global Alliance IDMC as well as Associate Pastor of CEFC. She ministers actively alongside her husband, championing the IDMC vision around the world.

A gifted leader and teacher, Ann has pioneered many of CEFC’s ministries, including the Women-in-Covenant (WiC) ministry. No stranger to pain and suffering herself, she has been an empathetic and wise counsellor to many who have approached her over her years of ministry.

An educator by training, Ann graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Christian Education (with honours) from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 1994.

Ann is also co-author with Edmund in developing a series of discipleship training video and printed resources namely, Roots & Wings, Faith & Fire, Life & Legacy and Grace & Glory.

PASTOR DR CHEW WENG CHEE is the Founding Pastor of SIBKL, a rapidly growing English congregation of over 4000 strong in Kuala Lumpur. A former Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist, he answered God's call to full-time ministry in 1999.

He holds a Master's Degree in Theology from Regent College Bible School, Vancouver, Canada. He served as the President of Sidang Injil Borneo (West Malaysia) until 2007, overseeing 31 Bahasa Malaysia SIB Churches.

Together with his wife, they dedicated 14 years to pioneering the English section of SIB in Likas, Sabah. Pastor Dr. Chew has ministered extensively in Conferences and Church Camps both locally and overseas. He is the author of two books: "Is Life Worth Living?" a study on the Book of Ecclesiastes, and "Chew on Revelation."

PASTOR DR LEW LEE CHOO serves as Founding Pastor of SIBKL alongside her husband, Pastor Dr. Chew Weng Chee. A passionate leader with a heart for discipleship, she is particularly devoted to empowering women and the next generation to live purposefully for Jesus. Under her leadership, the Ladies Ministry in SIBKL has experienced remarkable growth, expanding from a single small group of 10 to over 38 groups throughout the Klang Valley.

Her experiences pioneering the English section of SIB in Likas, Sabah fostered a deep passion for seeing the Native Church in East Malaysia flourish. In 2021, she answered God's call to establish the Malaysian United Firewall (MUFW), a prayer initiative that now spans every state and language group in Malaysia.

The couple is blessed with 2 sons, Jonathan and Christopher, a daughter-in-law Rachel, 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.

PASTOR DR PHILIP LYN is the founder and senior pastor of Skyline SIB Church in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, a vibrant church focused on discipleship and the workplace. He studied medicine at Oxford and Biblical studies in London and is a practicing medical doctor. Philip leads a team of bi-vocational pastors and has authored three books, including “The Invasive Kingdom", a book to mobilize Christians in the workplace.

PASTOR NANCY LYN, Philip's wife, trained in nursing at Oxford and pursued theological studies at Malaysia Evangelical College and London Bible College. She serves as the executive pastor at Skyline SIB Church overseeing the Ladies and Prayer ministries and advocates for women trapped in human trafficking.

Together, Philip and Nancy have three wonderful children and two sons in law.
