REV. EDMUND CHAN has a twin passion in ministry — expository preaching and leadership mentoring. His insightful biblical teachings have made him a sought-after speaker in major cities in Asia, UK, USA, Canada, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Russia; often with invitations three to five years ahead.

Having served as the Senior Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church (CEFC) for 25 years, Rev. Edmund implemented a leadership-succession plan and transited in his leadership role in January 2012. He now serves as the Leadership Mentor of CEFC and the Founder of Global Alliance of Intentional Disciple Making Churches (Global Alliance IDMC). He continues to mentor top-level leaders within Singapore and internationally. These include CEOs, marketplace leaders, senior pastors and denominational leaders, theological educators as well as national and regional directors of para-church and missions organisations.

Rev. Edmund has written several books, including Growing Deep in God, Mentoring Paradigms, Growing Deep In Faith, Cultivating Your Inner Life, A Certain Kind, and Radical Discipleship.

Rev. Edmund is married to Rev. Ann and they have two lovely adopted daughters, Amanda and Belicia. In his home, “adopted means loved!”.

REV. ANN CHAN is a gifted leader and teacher. She ministers actively alongside her husband, Rev. Edmund Chan, championing the IDMC vision globally. Ann has pioneered many of Covenant EFC’s ministries, including the Women-in-Covenant (WiC) ministry and the Breakthrough Weekends.

Together with her husband, she has co-written four discipleship books, Roots & Wings, Life & Legacy, Faith & Fire and the latest, Grace & Glory. She has also co-authored the Wholeness in Christ curriculum with several others, which has benefitted many women who desire wholeness and healing in their lives.

Rev. Ann graduated from the Singapore Bible College in 1987. In 1994, she obtained a Master of Arts degree in Christian Education (Honours) from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (USA).
